“Darren was great! He was very communicative; kept in touch. Installed a new motherboard and heating system. He made a trip back to help me program the pool remote. We are very satisfied and will recommend ASP to our friends.”
Equipment Diagnostics, Installation and Repair
Certified, knowledgeable ASP technicians are available to correctly diagnose and develop the best solution to any needed pool repair from pump and filter replacement to salt water chlorination systems. Because ASP uses flat-rate pricing, you can be assured that the same flat-rate price will apply no matter much time is required for the repair.
ASP technicians use a 3-step process after detecting leak symptoms to determine the exact location of the leak:
1. Determine whether or not a leak actually exists and identify potential causes of the leak by developing an information base about the pool and the potential leak.
2. Perform a pressure test to identify the area of the leak. Performance of a pressure test eliminates areas of the pool not responsible for the leak and identifies areas of the pool to be targeted with more sophisticated, time-consuming leak detection procedures.
3. Identify the exact leak location using procedures and equipment specific to the general leak area, such as plumbing, gunite, tile or other pool areas.
